Unfortunately, face-paint ruins our equipment. Please do not book us if you will have face paint at your event. This is our number #1 rule. Damages can cost up to $3,000, in order to replace equipment.

Yes ! We aim to set up at least 1 hour before your event. We will communicate with you on estimated time of set up 1-2 days before your event. If you need us there at a specific time, please let us know ahead of time. Pick-up occurs 4 hours after the start of your event time.
Example: Your desired event time: 2:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. ( we will arrive to set up by at least 1:00 p.m., and pick up at 6:00 p.m.) if we need to pick up at a later time we will communicate with you.
A delivery fee may apply depending on the location of your event.
Yes, we have different colored balls to match your theme. We absolutely love customizing our packages, please let us know you're theme or send us your mood board.
