Unfortunately, face-paint ruins our equipment. Please do not book us if you will have face paint at your event. This is our number #1 rule. Damages can cost up to $3,000, in order to replace equipment.

We are always booking, if you have a date in mind send us a message. 

Yes ! We aim to set up at least 1 hour before your event. We will communicate with you on estimated time of set up 1-2 days before your event. If you need us there at a specific time, please let us know ahead of time. Pick-up occurs 4 hours after the start of your event time.

Example: Your desired event time: 2:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. ( we will arrive to set up by at least 1:00 p.m., and pick up at 6:00 p.m.) if we need to pick up at a later time we will communicate with you. 

A delivery fee may apply depending on the location of your event. 

Yes, we have different colored balls to match your theme. We absolutely love customizing our packages, please let us know you're theme or send us your mood board. 

Yes ! Parks usually require a permit or proof of insurance or for us to be on their approved vendor list. Please let us know the Name and City of the park before booking. We can confirm if we are able to set up ! Please note that park rules and regulations vary, there are: City Parks, San Diego County Parks,  and HOA/Community Parks. We are Insured and Park Approved !

• Most Parks in Oceanside (our favorites: Buddy Todd Park & Alamosa Park)

City of Vista Approved Vendor for Inflatables and jump house

• You will be required to pay a fee to the City of Vista in order to have a bounce house. 

City of Carlsbad Approved Vendor for inflatables and jump house

• You will be required to pay a fee to the City of Carlsbad in order to have a bounce house. 

Unfortunately at the moment we do not provide generators. If your event will be held at a park, please ensure there is an outlet or have a generator ready. Home Depot has generator rentals, please view link for more information. A 3000w generator is recommended.
